What’s the difference between Raw Hair & Virgin Hair?
What is Raw Hair?
Raw hair is the purest and most natural form of hair on the market. Raw hair is 100% unprocessed and is not chemically treated. The cuticles are intact, aligned, and going in one direction to ensure minimal shedding. This hair comes in its most natural form so no two bundles are exactly alike and may slightly differ in color shades and texture, but not to much to not match. Raw hair can bleach up to 613. Each bundle is 100 grams. Our hair can last up to 3-5 years with proper at home care.
What is Virgin Hair?
Virgin hair is commonly used as a term to define processed hair. But the truth is that true virgin hair IS raw hair. Those two words actually are one in the same. But, for the sake of explaination lets refer to processed hair as what its commonly used as in today’s terms. “Virgin hair”(used in today’s terms) is processed hair. It is collected from several donors. It is chemically treated to smooth every strand, strip all of the cuticals off of the strands, and altered to make different textures/colors. This hair cannot bleach to 613, most will reach a 27 or 30. This hair also doesn’t last as long as raw hair.
