Processing Time (Fulfillment)
Fulfillment represents the timeframe in which we process, pack, and complete, and physically ship your order. Standard processing time is 7-14 days excluding weekends and holidays. It is important to note that fulfillment does not indicate the delivery date.
Shipping
So Muse Society is shipped with USPS. Standard Shipping is 5-7 business days. Please double check that address provided is correct at checkout and includes any extra details such as apartment number or building. So Muse Society is not responsible for any incorrect entry of addresses or if your package was shipped to the wrong address due to incorrect address entry. Make sure to enter your card cvv correctly due to our site being sensitive to incorrect pin entry. Once we ship your package out the delivery time is determined by USPS. So Muse Society is not responsible for any transit delays, carrier delays, holidays, natural disasters, or weather delays. We also do not issue any refunds for any delays.
Tracking
Please note that you will not receive any updates on your order while it’s being processed/fulfilled. After processing/fulfillment, tracking information will be sent via email to the email address provided at checkout. All packages can be tracked via USPS website.
Local Pickups
Please email us at somusesociety@gmail.com or dm us on Instagram to notify us that you’d like to pickup your order. Once So Muse Society’s team starts processing/fulfilling orders and sending out tracking numbers we’ll email you the information for pick up instead of a tracking number. Local pickups will be held at a UPS location in Atlanta, Georgia. We are working diligently to allow future customers to swiftly add on UPS local pickup during checkout.
Delivery
So Muse Society ships with the carrier USPS. Signature release is required upon delivery to verify recipient and to ensure your package is delivered to you. Once package is received by carrier, we are not longer responsible or liable for the package as well as lost, misplaced, or stolen packages. Please contact your carrier if you have any questions or concerns with your delivery. Tracking number will be sent via email provided at checkout.
Lost/Returned/Undeliverable
Please be sure that you have entered the correct address followed by any additional information such as an apartment number or building. So Muse Society is not responsible or liable for any incorrect address that was entered and or shipped to the wrong address. If packaged is returned to us due to entry of incorrect address- order will be restocked, store credit will be issued in the form of an e-gift card minus the 10% merchant fee. You will be responsible for paying the 10% merchant fee again as well as a $20 restock fee.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. So Muse society reserves the right to refuse any packages, returns, or exchanges at any time.
Returns/Refunds
Once order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. All orders are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Due to the personal nature of our products we do not allow returns. Hair care tips are located on the “Hair Care” page. It is up to the customer to follow our hair care tips to maintain the integrity of their hair extensions.
Rush Orders
So Muse Society does not offer rush orders at the moment.
